  3. We send you a payment link for £14.95. If we cannot supply the document, we tell you so and you pay nothing at all.
  4. You get the PDF and the plain-English summary by email, within one working day.

Why we ask first

Not every property has a registered title, and sometimes an application is pending against a title, which stops HM Land Registry issuing a copy of it. Charging you before checking would mean taking money for something we might not be able to deliver. So we check first.
