What we collect

Your email address To send you the document you ordered and to deal with any query about it Performance of our contract with you
The property address you enter To find the registered title and order the correct document Performance of our contract with you
Your name and payment details To take payment and issue refunds. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us Performance of our contract, and our legal obligation to keep records of sales
The date and time you submitted the form So we can tell you how long your request has been with us, and deal with them in order Performance of our contract with you

The property address you give us is not necessarily your own address, and we do not assume it is. We do not ask for, and do not want, any information about you beyond what is listed above. We collect the address and your email before any payment is taken, because we check that the document can be supplied before charging you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How long we keep it

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. Nothing on it profiles you or follows you to other sites. If that changes, this notice will be updated and you will be asked for consent first.

Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages, which are necessary to process the payment and to prevent fraud. Those pages are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, object to how we are using it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email marty@landregistrytitledeeds.com and we will respond within one month.

Note one limit: where we are required to keep an order record for tax purposes, we cannot delete that record on request until the retention period has passed.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
